INITIAL CONSULATATION:
Your first session we shall begin with a brief review on why you have seeked help and contacted me. Any problematic areas that have hindered or stopped you living your life the way you would want too. I shall then discuss with you what therapy initially would be most helpful for you – for that particular issue. Any questions or further input from you would be most welcomed.
THERAPY SESSION:
The nature of the therapies I offer is firstly for my client to feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible – and only to bring to the session “the want & desire” to improve whatever area off your life we have agreed to work on!!
COMMUNICATION:
During sessions, clients are encouraged to relax! Before & after session please do not hesitate to ask any questions.
PROFESSIONALISM:
I, The Therapist only perform therapies for which I am qualified professionally and emotionally. Referrals to the appropriate specialists are made when working with the client is not within the scope of practice of the therapist or not in the clients best interest.
All client information is held confidential.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL:
I reserve the right to refuse potential clients for any reason.
PAYMENT:
Payment for all therapy is due prior to commencement off therapy. Cash or bank transfer is accepted.

I worked with Maggie on a 10 week Life Coaching programme recently. I wasn’t looking for a complete overhaul of my life but rather a fine-tuning of certain areas and a desire to achieve a better balance in my life between a very busy work and family life. I found it to be a fantastic and really helpful experience that gave me the chance to genuinely “step off the wheel” for a little while each week. Maggie was brilliant at helping me focus on what really matters to me and advised of different techniques for relaxation and focus. Whilst this isn’t a magic wand for all of life’s problems her friendly and understanding nature made for a great and rare opportunity to reflect and re-focus which was really valuable for me.
After feeling like I’d lost myself after life events and lockdown, I worked back to myself again with TLC and Maggie’s patience in working out how the process would work best for me. During one of our sessions together, I hit a moment of realisation of a real change in myself and seen the progress I’d made. What a difference!
I found my session with Maggie very positive. I had been struggling with some issues at work that were making me feel very stressed. I found that even after a single session I felt able to view the situation that was causing me stress from a different perspective. It helped to re-frame the issue. I found Maggie very easy to talk to and found her approach very calming and supportive. Not sure how the technique works, but the main thing is it does!
I suffer from a condition called tinnitus. It’s a condition where you have continual buzzing and noise in your ears.I t is a very debilitating and stressful condition. I tried consultants and remedies over the years. I have had several Hypnotherapy sessions with Maggie and through her work with me she has been able to lower the buzzing and noise level in my ears from an 8/10 to a 2/10. It is a great relief to me.
I would highly recommend Maggie as an excellent therapist. She has a very pleasant and easy going manner while at the same time being very thorough and professional in her work. The sessions were very pleasant and totally relaxing.
Maggie was recommended to me by a friend. I was reluctant to contact her as I’m a very private person. However Maggie reached out to me which was very kind of her.
We had talked over a few months once a week for around an hour. I wasn’t very sure what to expect and at first found it quite hard. It was all about me and thinking and talking about me was something I didn’t really do with strangers. So this was very difficult for me.
With Maggie’s encouragement and positivity I quickly responded. I thought my life was really boring but Maggie made me accept that it wasn’t and that everyone is different.
At the time there was so much going on in my life (still is) including grief and she helped me put things into perspective and concentrate on me. She taught me how to not worry about things that are not within my control, to relax, breathe and I still use these techniques. I even go back and listen to the recordings she has given me.
Its not for everyone, I thought it wasn’t for me but I am thankful I took that step. (Or Maggie did).
I wouldn’t hesitate in contacting Maggie in the future, and I know we will keep in touch and I find that comforting. I cant recommend Maggie enough.

Before seeing Maggie I was struggling to get the most out of my boxing and general day to day life due to anxiety which had been built up during lockdown. Maggie completely turned this around for me using hypnotherapy and NPL. I was drastically feeling more myself after the very first session with her. After overcoming my anxiety I was able to fully excel in my boxing training and was in the best mental space going into my fight. This fully showed in my lead up to the fight and how I performed. I first made contact with Maggie after struggling with stress and anxiety caused by an unexpected life event. I was initially sceptical about what I could gain from sessions with Maggie however I feel I’ve come a long way since then. Maggie put me at ease and I was able to talk comfortably about my struggles. She used several techniques like hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming. With time I was able to utilise benefits of the techniques she used. Maggie is a warm and approachable person and made me feel able to be open and honest about what I was going through which helped her to tailor the sessions to have a biggest impact on me. Overall I found the sessions beneficial and I would recommend Maggie to others.
I felt I was at a point in my life where I had to review how I had dealt with certain situations over the last few years and was recommended Maggie through a friend. After a really welcoming introductory chat with Maggie we agreed to progress with the Transformational Life Coaching. I was very opened minded about this and didn’t set specific goals, I had been dubious in the past of life coaching but this was more about understanding myself and why I do the things I do. The 8/10 Week course included some hypnotherapy and NLP which was also a new experience for me. The coaching allowed me to speak openly about myself and reflect on the way I do, view and think about things. I have already noticed differences to how I handle situations which is very empowering.
The NLP has helped with a number of things that were troubling me, most significant my fear of heights which I now no longer have.
Speaking with Maggie once a week was an absolute joy and we instantly bonded even over video call. I would highly recommend the coaching for anyone wanting to take a bit of a step back and reflect on their life.
I thought I managed my life reasonably well until a few upsets at work. Usually I would have just moved on carrying it all with me, but this time, I decided I needed some help. I’m so glad I did. I got in contact with Maggie because I was at a very low point in my life and couldn’t find a way out of it. I had spoken to friends who all told me I was depressed and should go to see a Doctor – I didn’t think that would be the right approach for me. I was aware of Maggie and the work she does from social media – so I decided to get in touch with her after seeing videos she had posted online about “overthinking”, as that is exactly what I do. I didn’t really know what Life Coaching was or how it worked, I just knew I had to do something.
After the initial Discovery Call and discussing what I was going through, I signed up to the 10 week Transformational Life Coaching, I am so glad I did.
Maggie has a kind and gentle nature about her that really put me at ease from the start and made it so easy to open up to her. This really helped in applying the Life Coaching techniques to situations that were happening in my life.
In the beginning I didn’t realise how low in confidence I was. My thoughts would get the better of me. I would lose my temper over the littlest things. Week after week the more I learned about myself and the life coaching process, that started to change. I grew more in confidence, instead of being nervous before sessions I was excited to get started and looked forward to them.
During the 10 weeks I had some difficult times in my personal life. One week things did get a bit touch for me and Maggie was there to listen to me and talk me through things without attaching too much emotion to the situation.
I now have a better understanding of myself and the way my thought processes work, and use what Maggie has taught me on the daily. I am in a much better place now. I have better control of my thoughts and my reactions to them.

When I was diagnosed with cancer last year I turned to Maggie for help to get my through, we had a chat and decided that Hypnotherapy would be best. We had a couple of sessions and I was able to deal with everything and I am glad to say that a year on I have the all clear!
After a traumatic event like a cancer diagnosis it made me take a deep look at myself, was I OK?, was I happy? I came to the realisation that I wasn’t living I was just surviving! I needed to do something.
When I was speaking to Maggie before my Cancer Operation she could sense that I was not feeling good about myself, lack of confidence, self belief, anxiety & stress, she suggested I would benefit from Transformational Life Coaching after I had recovered from my operation.
So I contacted Maggie again and I embarked on her Life Coaching programme once I had recovered. It’s fare to say it was a rollercoaster ride, very emotional at times, enlightening and thought provoking. I was “sleepwalking through life” and now I feel like Im finally living and enjoying life. I now look forward to each day instead of waking up in the morning and wondering what I am going to do today and often doing nothing!!
I now plan my life and have some structure to my days, I feel a sense of calm instead of anxiety. I feel like the fog has cleared and I have a bright future.
